    Paramedical & PMU

Brandon the Artist is highly trained and experienced, ensuring each procedure is performed safely and with attention to detail. We believe in fair pricing and outstanding service—each session includes customized consultation, professional application, and a complimentary after-care kit to support proper healing and long-lasting results. Depending on the procedure, prices for our PMU and paramedical tattoo services range from $250 to $500.

Meet the Team

  • With over 30 years of tattooing experience across several states, Jessie brings a wealth of skill and artistry to every piece he creates. In 2009, he and his wife Lisa moved to Highlands County, where they later founded Almighty Ink—now recognized as the longest-standing tattoo shop in the county. Jessie’s decades of dedication and craftsmanship have made him a cornerstone of the local tattoo community.

    Outside of tattooing, Jessie is devoted to his faith and enjoys airbrushing, working on cars, and listening to music. Above all, he treasures time with his family, finding balance and inspiration in caring for the people he loves most.

  • Brandon brings over ten years of experience in tattooing and piercing, with specialized expertise in paramedical tattooing, permanent makeup procedures, and gender-affirmation PMU. His artistry combines technical precision with a deep understanding of how body art can empower and transform, giving him personal satisfaction seeing transformations restore smiles.

    Before entering the tattoo industry, Brandon served five years in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that continues to shape his dedication, discipline, and commitment to supporting others—especially fellow veterans. Outside the studio, Brandon enjoys riding motorcycles, unwinding with adult cartoon series, and staying active in veteran support communities.

  • Lisa has been the shop manager since 2009, keeping everything running smoothly by handling appointments, calls, and welcoming clients while the crew works their magic. Known as the heart of the shop, she ensures every client feels at home from the moment they walk through the door.

    Outside of the studio, Lisa is a proud mother and grandmother who loves spoiling her grandbabies. She’s also a talented craftswoman, often creating unique giveaways for upcoming events and specials, adding a personal touch that clients have come to love.

  • Shannon “the Bee” Cummings, the newest member of the AIT crew, has been tattooing and piercing for about a year. With a BFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art & Design and seven years of experience as an art educator for Highlands County School Board, Shannon brings a strong foundation in the visual arts to translate artwork from paper to skin.

    Outside of tattooing, Shannon pursues her personal art through mixed-media paintings of Floridian wildlife and volunteers for both the Heartland Cultural Alliance and SOUL Animal Rescue. She is passionate about the environment, animal welfare, Dungeons & Dragons, competitive swimming, collecting patches, and all things Tim Burton. These interests often spark inspiration and influence her unique artistic style.
