All jewelry used during the piercing process is thoroughly sterilized and made from body-safe metals to ensure the best possible healing experience. Our piercers are fully trained and certified, meeting all standards and practices set forth by the Florida Department of Health. While we take every precaution to provide a safe and professional service, it is important that customers carefully follow the aftercare instructions provided both verbally after your piercing and in written form in your after-care kit. Proper aftercare reduces the risk of infection, irritation, or jewelry rejection.

If jewelry (whether whole or partial) is lost after a piercing, replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Anyone under the age of 18 must provide a notarized minor consent form in addition to a piercing consent form. Submission of a minor consent form does not guarantee service.
Our piercers reserve the legal right to refuse service at their discretion. We strongly encourage customers to call ahead to review our piercing policies before scheduling an appointment.
If you wish to use your own jewelry for the piercing, there are requirements we must take to ensure your safety. All jewelry is required to be surgical or stainless steel, sterling silver, titanium, or a minimum of 14k unplated gold, and MUST be autoclaved before the piercing procedure. We ask that customers deliver the desired jewelry at least 24 hours before the appointment.
